Meditation takes many forms. Helen incorparates meditation into much of her work as a means to access the deep space and foundation within. A regular meditation practice is a huge support to anyone who is truly interested in their personal growth. Helen offers one to one support with this through consultations as well as facilitating regular groups.
Helen offers a 7 week Beginners Meditation and Spiritual Development Course which is designed to introduce a variety of meditation techniques even if you have never meditated before, yet is suitable for all levels.
The course helps connect you to a centre of greater peace and stillness and to begin to know yourself and so manage your life more meaningfully.
Learning meditation and practices to connect more to our deeper Self is a wonderful gift to yourself. Regular practice can help you feel calmer, more positive and centred and able to deal with what life brings. Meditation gives you the space inside yourself, not just while you’re meditating but in every day, to step back from external events and find a peace that is in each of us.
A variety of approaches are used so participants will have the opportunity to explore their evolving experiences. Meditation is offered in the context of inviting us to experience a greater feeling of connectedness to Life.
Wednesdays, from 22nd October, 7pm - 8.15 for seven weeks.
What is Meditation?
Meditation is, put simply, a mental discipline that helps you change your relationship with your normal, reflexive, reactive thinking mind so that deeper states of insight, awareness and relaxation can emerge. Meditation can be completely secular (ie for personal development, stress management, increased productivity or mental clarity) but it has its roots in ancient spiritual practices across many traditions.
In these groups, my approach is to use meditation as a means to access our true self; to become more connected to our spiritual essence, expanding and anchoring this through our body more and more. The practice of meditation can radically change our consciousness so that we start to breakup our social conditioning (our ideas and beliefs about who and what we are) and drop into a much deeper, more expansive experience of ourselves and life itself.
Whatever our motivation for meditating, it has numerous benefits, but as we deepen and expand our motivation to the widest possible available to us, our practice becomes very clearly about our communal growth and development.

Helen works through the Sacred Heart and Light Grids, sharing the Way of the Heart and Light. She is one of only a handful of UK Light Grids practitioners and integrates numerous tools of light and healing to facilitate profound space for both “personal” and collective clearing and expansion, through Love. ♥
Helen also teaches Meditation and Spiritual Development classes on a drop-in basis from Purple Dove Studios, East Kilbride.
Classes are accessible to everyone, whether complete beginner or an experienced meditator.
